How do we collect personal data?
The website collects data in two ways:
- When you voluntarily enter your data into the available forms, for example forms where you provide your name and email address in order to receive an electricity supply offer, and
- Through so-called cookies, which are sent to your device in order to identify it and collect other data. Cookies are used only if you explicitly consent to it.

The processing of IP addresses and digital fingerprints for analytical and marketing purposes on behalf of EDS is carried out by Google and Meta.
Transfer of data outside the country
Some of our data processors, specifically Google and Meta, process data outside the borders of the Republic of North Macedonia.
However, this data is processed on servers located within the European Union, where strict EU personal data protection regulations apply.
Your rights
As a personal data subject, you have the following rights under the Law on Personal Data Protection:
- Access to your personal data
- Rectification of your personal data
- Erasure of your personal data
- Data portability to another controller, where technically feasible
- Objection to processing
- Restriction of processing
You can exercise these rights by submitting a request to legal@eds.mk. The legal deadline for acting upon the request is 30 days from the date of submission.
